Domin-8 Expands Product Line, Offers Property Manager EDGE Customers Access to Integrated Value-Added Services

CINCINNATI, OHIO, January 15, 2007 – Domin-8 Enterprise Solutions™, a leading provider of integrated software and services for the property management industry, today announced the acquisition of the Property Manager EDGE® software from Cle Elum, Washington-based Winning Edge Software, Inc.

Property Manager EDGE is a Web-based solution that can manage many types of properties (residential, retail, commercial and home owner associations), as well as lease types (triple net, gross net and full service), all in one system. The Property Manager EDGE solution includes an integrated general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable, check writing, tenant billing, audit controls, and comprehensive financial reporting.

The acquisition of Property Manager EDGE marks Domin-8's fourth acquisition in thirteen months, following the acquisitions of Madison, Wisconsin-based American Computer Software (ACS), Rockville, Maryland-based PMAS and Vista, California-based Logicbuilt. It complements Domin-8's other property management solutions:
